An established, market-leading global brand are currently looking to bring onboard a Team Coordinator/PA to join the organisation in their head office! This is an amazing opportunity to step into a challenging, varied role where no two days are the same! You will be joining an extremely exciting and dynamic team, who are keen to work collaboratively with someone who will be providing all-round support to the team! This role will support with both your personal and professional development in this next step in your career, expanding your skills and professional portfolio! Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:


Managing diaries, scheduling internal and external meetings, making travel and accommodation arrangements, and reviewing expenses

·         Liaising with clients and visitors, and attending key events to represent the business

·   Taking minutes and notes in meetings, drafting email and letter correspondence, and producing relevant project documentation and reports

·         Producing monthly finance and cost reports, invoicing, and managing outgoing payments

·   Maintaining the website and social media channels, updating all platforms with news stories, testimonials, and developments in their ongoing projects

·       General office management and facilities maintenance, ensuring office supplies are stocked and liaising with contractors to schedule any necessary maintenance

·         Supporting with elements of finance and HR administration, and dealing with any general enquiries

·         Undertaking any additional administration responsibilities to support the directors and the wider team

The ideal candidate for this role will pay strong attention to detail, have excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office and be able to use their initiative to develop and present new ideas for improving systems and processes, and increasing productivity! Strong organisation and communication skills, the ability to work collaboratively within a team, and a positive attitude and excellent work ethic are essential qualities for this role!
