Global Benefits Coordinator for Global Consultancy (ID:7273)
An international HR consultancy who are rapidly expanding
based in Birmingham are currently seeking an experienced, proactive and innovative
Global Benefits Coordinator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis.
This is a truly unique opportunity for someone with a track record within Employee
Benefits specifically to help shape the business.
Providing support to a Global HR Director, the successful
candidate will be responsible for working across 65 plus countries, sourcing
and researching employee benefits on behalf of their clients. You will be key
to building relationship with key stakeholders, manage all employee benefits
documentation, handle all benefits queries and issues alongside ensuring that
employees are enrolled and administered correctly.
The successful candidate MUST have prior experience within Employee
Benefits specifically and ideally have experience working internationally though
this is not essential. You will have a solid HR background and be comfortable
working within a busy, results driven environment. This role is a full time, permanent
role with excellent benefits.
