Customer Service Administrator for Progressive Company (ID:7036)
A unique opportunity as arisen for a detail oriented and people focused individual to join a small but rapidly growing organisation based near Coleshill on a full time permanent basis paying £20.5K. This company are market leading in their field and provide innovative services to their clients and customers.
Within this role you will be responsible for setting up new claims onto internal systems, booking contractors in for appointments ensuring that first class customer service is given at every given opportunity. Further to this, you will be responsible for compiling and sending reports to contractors, producing letters to their parties, handling inbound calls from customers, arranging travel and accommodation for the team upon request alongside wider general office administration duties.
The ideal candidate will have solid administration experience, ideally with scheduling or claims handling experience. You will be competent with speaking to clients and customers over the phone and email, be an excellent relationship manager and have solid administration experience. You must me comfortable with all MS Office packages, particularly MS Excel.
