Temporary EA to CEO/ Founder (2 months) (ID:6803)
A unique and boutique property related business based in Birmingham City Centre is looking for an experienced and dynamic PA for a fantastic full-time opportunity on a temporary position for the next 2 months, starting immediately. This position is supporting the key business Director and Founder and therefore you must possess existing experience supporting at this level. As the successful applicant, you will have an excellent knowledge not only of the duties of a PA but also be fully competent in the provision of office coordination. We are looking for someone to carry out the following responsibilities:
Full PA support including diary management, travel arrangements, expert document production and minute taking
Management of the provision of services and supplies within the office as well as acting as the first point of contact for all facilities issues and queries
Working alongside others in order to ensure the smooth running of the business, including compliance, health and safety, and business development
HR elements including personnel file management, recruitment, and sickness and holiday monitoring
Involvement in all relevant projects and profile management acting as a point of contact for all clients and stakeholders
This is perfect location for someone looking to commute into Birmingham city centre on public transport or by car as there is parking on site (although somewhat limited). This role is fully office based (Monday to Friday, 9am untill 6pm). Candidates must have limited holiday and be happy to commit for the next 2 months.
