My client is a not-for-profit organisation with an outstanding reputation in their field. An opportunity has arisen for an Executive Assistant & Chief of Staff to support their CEO and Senior Leadership team.

The role will essentially support the CEO’s office to ensure the effective co-ordination of the Executives and monitor the workload of the CEO. You will work with corporate affairs to mitigate risk through established processes and procedure. In addition, you will:

  • Manage specific projects
  • Support the CEO in areas such as corporate strategy development, innovation and future science development.
  • Conduct research and prepare presentations and speeches.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships and internal communications

Applicants must have proven experience of working at Chief Executive Level and contributing to board.

Applicants will have experience of planning and leading projects as well as research and data analysis. In Addition, applicants will have experience of managing stakeholders in a multifunctional geographical dispersed organisation and strong commercial acumen and problem solving.

Experience of the not-for-profit sector would be an advantage although not essential. People management skills specifically coaching and developing are also integral to this role.
