IT Helpdesk Roles – 1st & 2nd Line Support! (ID:6623)
We are currently recruiting for both first and second line
IT support roles on a temporary basis for large businesses in Birmingham. This
is a great opportunity if you have 1st line experience and are
looking to take the step into a 2nd line support role, or are
looking for a new role within 1st line IT support. These are
temporary roles, with the potential for extension and permanent opportunities
for the right candidate!
The ideal candidate for these roles will have prior IT
helpdesk experience, as well as great customer service skills and the ability
to maintain a positive and professional telephone manner while assisting
service users with their IT problems.

These are full-time, temporary
positions, based in Birmingham, and are paying £12.50-£13.50 per hour.
