Bids Administrator for Global Firm (ID:6598)
Are you a savvy and forward-thinking individual with experience within a Bids capacity? We have a fantastic opportunity in Birmingham City Centre working for an internationally recognised law firm. This role will require you to see through the bids process end-to-end. You will be required to offer support within the following tasks day-to-day:
Expert identification of proposal opportunities within the market place through varied medium
Coordination of travel and meetings for the bids team
Facilitation of analysis for bid trends within the business
Preparation of tender documents including proposals, fee quotations
Professional liaison with clients both internally and externally whilst logging details of conversations throughout
Sharing and developing best bid practice
You must possess experience within a similar role and specifically managing tender based projects. You must be a conscientious individual with an excellent work ethic and a desire to improve the bids function within the business. Administrative experience within a professional service setting is essential for this role.
