firm in the City Centre of Birmingham!
This role has a huge scope! Alongside the basic office
support duties:
- Organising meetings
- Front of house duties
- General upkeep of the office
The successful candidate will also:
- Assist with the organisation of corporate events
- Produce sales packs
- Process invoices and draft purchase orders
- Update and maintain social media accounts
This is great for an individual looking for the flexibility of
part time work. The client is looking for candidates to have excellent MS Office
and IT skills, in particular Excel, verbal and written communication! Attention
to detail is essential for this role, not only for the upkeep of the glam
office but for also proof reading corporate documents! Previous experience of
using Sage or another accounting software would be beneficial but not
essential. A candidate with a genuine interest in property would thrive and
flourish in this role!
