This lovely all round team assistant role supporting a busy, fun and down to earth team in Birmingham's funky Jewellery Quarter is a great permanent role and prefect to get you in to city life!
Supporting the Director and Birmingham team as well as small team who work remotely, this is a really varied support role, you will be responsible for the day to day running of the office as well as supporting the Director with basic PA duties, providing marketing admin support - such as updating the website, collating information for their proposals and bids as well as updating and ordering marketing collateral for presentations, shows and client meetings. You will provide the basic HR admin as well as supporting the finance function - raising invoices and sending to customer.
You should have good administrative skills including confident Word, Excel and PowerPoint. An excellent, friendly telephone manner and love meeting and looking after clients, both on site and at their events. The ability to engage with professionals in your industry in a friendly and engaging way will be really useful and open the roe up to a broader scope.
Rooted in administrative support this role is the lynch pin that keeps the office running smoothly and you will be an essential colleague to keep the team functioning perfectly!
As you will also be the first point of contact for the business you should enjoy representing a professional business and meeting new people.
