y client is a high-profile, fast-paced, and exciting event brand with a world-renowned reputation!

An opportunity has arisen for an HR & Recruitment Administrator to join their team for initially a 6-month contract. This role will ideally start asap! The role will be office-based as you will be on-site managing HR and Recruitment resources for all year round events and activities across the business. You will work closely with the Head of HR and recruitment. Your role will entail working with recruiters to hire in contract staff and managing existing staff adjusting this to the size and requirements of each event. You will also support the allocation and recruitment of security for these high-profile events being involved in rotas and general resource planner. You will also work closely with the manager to deal with any backup administration such as time-sheets, invoices, managing sickness and absence working across spreadsheets and databases. You will deal with all backup HR administration including eg on-boarding and compliance.

Applicants will ideally have experience in a similar role so maybe events, recruitment, scheduling although strong organisational and supporting administration skills are key.
