Graduate Level Role within Fin-Tech Business (ID:5556)
A financial technology business is seeking a Support Analyst
to assist the manager in the delivery of client service, reporting, monitoring
and performance improvement. You will need to be a proactive and financially astute
individual who can work well within a team and provide a high standard of financial
and customer support.
This varied role will primarily involve:

Responding to internal and external queries
·
Chasing queries for resolution
·
Analysis of data to evaluate early payment
rebates
·
Preparation of reports
·
Administration management along side any ad hoc
tasks when required
The successful Support Analyst will possess the following
skills and attributes:
·
Prior administrative and customer service
experience (office based)
·
Ideally a minimum of 3 A Levels
·
Excellent administration skills
·
Good working knowledge of MS Office
·
Financial experience with ability to analyse
data
·
A customer focussed approach
·
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
