Receptionist for growing Property company – Temporary or Permanent Opportunity (ID:5251)
We are currently
recruiting for a fantastic receptionist to come on board for a growing Property
company on either a temporary or permanent basis. This is a great opportunity for
someone with previous reception experience who wants to take on a new role, either
for the summer, perhaps between university terms, or more permanently.
Duties will include:
Providing a welcoming and friendly
first point of contact for any visitors
Answering calls, operating
the switchboard to transfer calls to the appropriate employee as appropriate
Administrative support for
meetings including coordinating & maintaining meeting rooms, organising
catering etc
Managing incoming and
outgoing mail, including using franking machine
Ensuring stock levels are
maintained for office supplies such as stationery
Event management support as
required, booking travel and accommodation, liaising with external providers to
book courses and catering, and booking meeting rooms
General ad hoc office duties
such as scanning, printing & filing as required
Supporting MD and AP to
CEO with additional duties as necessary
The ideal candidate for this role will be keen to bring energy and
enthusiasm to a new role, providing a polished and friendly first point of contact
for the business, both in person and via telephone. You will be computer
literate and confident carrying out basic admin and scheduling. If

This is a full-time, permanent or temporary position, based in
their office Birmingham, and is paying £20-21k annually.
