Warwickshire based business is looking for a temporary Project Administrator to
support their programme managers. Working full-time, this role will primarily
involve:

Management
of workshops and meetings including the production of minutes and follow ups
·
Collation
and printing of board packs
·
Responsibility
for travel arrangements
·
Monitoring
and maintenance of reports and project logs
·
Maintenance
of office facilities
·
Resource
management processes including timesheet entry checks and new starter
inductions
·
Support
in the preparation of presentations and documents
The
successful Project Administrator will possess the following skills and
attributes:
·
Previous
exposure to administration or analytical work
·
Excellent
written and verbal communication skills
·
Ability
to remain calm under pressure
·
A
customer focused approach
·
Knowledge
of MS Office including powerpoint
·
Willing
to travel between offices
