PA & Project Administrator for Inspirational Charity Organisation (ID:4807)
An incredibly
forward-thinking, unique organisation are recruiting for an Administrator to come
onboard, with PA responsibilities, Relationship Management with key
stakeholders, and Projects, Marketing and Events Support incorporated into a
busy, dynamic role! This is a very exciting opportunity for an individual with
solid administration experience, to expand their portfolio, working for an organisation

inclusive approach to supporting young people in the community.
Some of your daily
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Inbox and diary management
support to the CEO, scheduling meetings, taking minutes and monitoring action
points
·
Acting as the
first point of contact, handling all incoming telephone and email enquiries,
meeting and greeting visitors and preparing schedules and documentation for
meetings on and off site
·
Supporting with
IT related queries, coordinating system changes and liaising with the IT
provider and Operations Manager to ensure queries are being escalated
·
Conducted
research and produce reports on the organisation’s activity and areas for
development
·
Managing the
events calendar, taking responsibility for the organisation and coordination of
external physical and online events
·
Supporting with
the marketing of existing and new projects and scheduled events, liaising with the
Marketing and Communications team, working on social media campaigns and
updating the website
·
Actively
supporting Funded Community Projects that the organisation is involved in
within the wider community, maintaining and updating projects plans and records
The ideal candidate
will have:

Excellent
communication, interpersonal and organisation skills
·
A collaborative
attitude, and the ability to work well as part of a team
·
Strong IT and
Microsoft Office skills
