We are currently recruiting for a Paralegal, ideally with previous Conveyancing experience for an established law firm within their property department, working as part of an exciting organisation and supporting the Birmingham team with their residential and commercial developments!

Within this role, you will be:

·         Working on housing completions, registering of plots, completing land registry applications and SDLT forms

·         Working from contracts through to completion, drafting and producing leases and deeds

·         You will be responsible for your own caseload, liaising with local government clients as well as internal stakeholders to ensure work is completed to deadline

·         Utilising your existing conveyancing knowledge to provide additional support to the wider team when required

The ideal candidate will have previous experience within conveyancing, dealing with plot sales, the acquisition and disposal of dwellings and the site setups. You must have good time management skills, be able to prioritise your workload and pay keen attention to detail on all matters. Strong Microsoft Office and IT skills are also required, and this is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to join a firm with strong values and great work ethic!

This is a full-time, permanent position paying up to £28k depending on experience.
