We are currently recruiting for a senior paralegal to join the team of a fantastic, friendly law firm within their property department. This is a great opportunity for somebody with extensive paralegal experience within conveyancing who wants to take on a new role in central Birmingham for a law firm with great family values.

Duties will include:

Social housing completions

Section agreements

Utility agreements

Undertaking title due diligence

Registering of plots

Dealing with general enquiries for the team

Land registry applications

Looking after your own caseload

Completing SDLT forms

The ideal candidate for this role must have conveyancing experience and be comfortable and confident working autonomously, while also working within a team, supporting and helping others, and working collaboratively as and when it is required. You will have excellent time management skills, attention to detail and the ability to provide support for multiple fee earners simultaneously. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their office in Birmingham City Centre, and is paying up to £28k annually.
