Our Health and Wellbeing Provider client is on the hunt for a marvellous Executive Assistant, who will form part of a three-person specialised team! The main purpose of this role is to act as business assistant and support to the Executive Team. It is imperative for candidates to have a level of strategic thinking and be project focused and results driven!

Key features of the role are:

  • Complex diary and email management
  • Plan and coordinate meetings, including planning agendas and collating information packs
  • Conduct research projects and produce detailed analysis and analytical reports in Excel, Word and  PowerPoint
  • Be actively involved in the Company’s Corporate Social Responsibility

Applicants must have an ability to analyse information, build relationships, be approachable and trustworthy. The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator through written, verbal, presentations and video call mediums, who has a genuine passion for helping others and will be an ambassador for the culture of the business.
