company are looking for a bright, proactive individual to come on board as a team
administrator! This is an amazing opportunity for someone hoping to develop
their existing administration skills in a busy, varied role! You will be
joining an extremely professional and dynamic team in their office in
Birmingham city centre!
Within this role, you will act as a first
point of contact for any telephone enquiries, meet and greet visitors, schedule
meetings, book travel arrangements and order in office supplies. You will also undertake
all the financial administration duties for the team, processing purchase invoices,
raising payment request forms, producing reports and processing bank
transactions. Additional responsibilities include managing supplier contracts,
assisting the IT department with data acquisition and any ad-hoc requests.
For this position, strong IT skills, excellent
oral and written communication and attention to detail is essential. If you are
