Receptionist - Professional Services
An international company in Birmingham city centre are looking for a friendly and enthusiastic individual to come on board as a receptionist/front of house client host! You will be acting as first point of contact, providing an amazing all-round service to clients and visitors!
You daily responsibilities will include:
- Meeting and greeting clients and visitors
- Managing the switchboard
- Handling incoming and outgoing post and deliveries
- Announcing arrivals and communicating internal/external meetings
- Managing the meeting room diary and setting up rooms accordingly
- Maintaining the tidy reception area and meeting rooms
- Ordering catering, stationary and any additional office supplies
The ideal candidate for this role will be extremely proactive, have strong interpersonal skills and work well within a team! You will also be supporting with the preparation for client events and undertaking any ad-hoc administration duties.
