Project Coordinator for National company in Warwickshire
This role involves assisting the company with their current
project, updating IT systems across their offices, coordinating couriers in
order to replace technology for employees working from home, and providing administrative support to the project
director and team as required. This opportunity is for approximately 4-6 months
and is working for a company that are keen to find permanent positions for fantastic
temps who have impressed them! This position is paying £12 an hour and would be
a good fit for a grad – level candidate with admin experience, particularly
within Projects
Part Time Receptionist for Family Company
A manufacturer in the Oldbury area is looking for a part
time receptionist to join their team for the summer, lasting until around September.
The hours will be approximately 11-3 with some flexibility around these core
hours. Responsibilities include meeting and greeting visitors to the site, making
and receiving phone calls and taking on the basic admin for the office, such as
printing, filing and photocopying. This role could be a good fit for a
candidate working around school run hours, or a university student with admin/reception
experience who wants to take on a part time role during the summer
