Projects & Marketing Assistant (12 Month FTC) (ID:4479)
An established
property organisation based in South Birmingham are currently looking for an
administrator to come on board to support their organisation with ongoing
projects and marketing campaigns, alongside providing some PA support to the
Director! This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for someone with previous administration
experience, looking to develop their skill set and expand their knowledge in this
varied, dynamic role!
Some of your daily
responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Inbox and diary
management, acting as the first point of contact and handling all incoming
enquiries on behalf of the Director
·
Scheduling and
attending internal and external meetings, preparing necessary presentations,
documents and reports
·
Supporting with new
and existing projects and events, and developing ongoing marketing campaigns
and strategies, confidently liaising with internal and external stakeholders
·
Undertaking any
additional administrative responsibilities, working collaboratively with the
other members of the team in the business
This is an
extremely exciting and challenging role, so the successful candidate will
ideally have previous experience in a similar position. You must have strong
organisation, communication and interpersonal skills, excellent IT and Microsoft
Office abilities, and be able to use your initiative to work towards tight
deadlines. A collaborative approach to your work and a team player with a can-do
attitude is essential!
