We are currently recruiting for a fantastic recruitment administrator to join the recruitment team for a progressive global law firm in their Birmingham office. This is a great opportunity for a positive, proactive candidate who is keen to progress their career in a forward thinking, modern, global law firm.

Duties will include:

Producing a variety of fortnightly and monthly reports

Responsibility for all recruitment invoices, including any related queries

Inviting candidates for interviews and then booking them in, using both in house recruitment system and Outlook

Arranging events both internally and externally

Responsibility for internal referral administrative process, liaising with Recruitment Consultants as well as the Payroll team

Managing Terms of Business and third party agreements

Using internal system to process temporary staff invoices, and manage related internal and external queries

 

The ideal candidate will have strong administrative and multi-tasking skills, with the time management skills to manage your own workload while maintaining attention to detail. The role will be joining a collaborative team, who value everybody’s opinion and input regardless of position in the company, so this will be the perfect role for a team player with a can do attitude! Prior experience in administration or recruitment within a professional services environment is preferable.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their Birmingham office, and is paying £24k annually.
