Support Analyst for Technology Company (ID:4345)
We are recruiting for a forward thinking, proactive
candidate to join the team at an exciting technology company in their
Birmingham office as an Operation Support Analyst. The role will involve
extensive client relations, working closely with all areas of the business to
provide the best possible service and support to the clients that you will act as
the first point of contact for. This is a fantastic opportunity for somebody
with systems experience and preferably some level of finance experience to take
on a new role within a growing company with the potential for long term progression
and development.
Duties will include:
Acting as the first point of contact for clients, providing
a professional and welcoming service, portraying the company in a positive
light and efficiently dealing with the client’s query/request
Investigating problems and coming to an appropriate resolution
within a timeframe
Developing product knowledge across the entire company
Delivering regular progress reports to managers and
colleagues
Developing and executing new processes
Actively contacting potential clients and suppliers to
support the business in its growth
Monitoring success and uptake of electronic invoicing system
Dealing with onboarding of new suppliers, ensuring quality
is maintained throughout the process of updating systems and reports
Continuously delivering a high-level support service to
internal and external customers
Working collaboratively with data, technology and service
management teams
The ideal candidate for this role will have administration experience
and be confident creating and maintaining positive relationships with both
clients and suppliers. You will have a proactive approach to a busy work
schedule, with great problem solving and prioritisation skills and a keen eye
for detail. A strong desire to succeed is crucial, and finance and systems

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, initially working from
home but based in their Birmingham office long term, and is paying £20k
annually.
