We are currently recruiting for an amazing PA to support the MD of a manufacturing business, the role will report directly to the Operations Manager and is a great opportunity for someone who wants to bring their PA experience to a family business, providing business and personal support to a down to earth MD

 

Duties will include:

Full diary and inbox management, highlighting priorities and responding yourself as appropriate

Acting as first point of contact for MD from both internal and external enquiries

Working with confidential, business critical and time sensitive information

Working with sales staff and clients to assist with sales admin support including business development

Assisting with financial reports and other financial admin as required

Travel and accommodation arrangements

Drafting and editing documents, proposals and reports

Assisting with the planning and smooth running of senior management meetings

 

The ideal candidate will be a proactive, positive PA with the ability to prioritise & manage your own workload and build great relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You will have strong written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail and computer literacy, including Microsoft Office. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their office in Birmingham, and is paying £25-30k annually.
