We are currently recruiting for a fantastic Executive Assistant to support the Managing Director of a luxury goods company based in Warwickshire.  This is a great opportunity for someone with extensive EA experience, having worked at board level, and with the ability to handle stakeholder meetings and organise staff when the MD is not in the office. This role will be based in the office full time and paying £60,000+ annually.

Duties will include:

Diary and email management, following up on tasks and actions as required

Scheduling and running board level meetings

Collating board packs and reports

Travel arrangements, including organising accommodation

Business support responsibilities

Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

Being the first point of contact for enquiries to the MD, resolving issues yourself whenever possible

Assisting with organisation of high profile events

Day to day operational support for the office

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their Warwickshire office, and is paying £60k annually.
