Project Administrator with PA Responsibilities (ID:416)
A leading technology company based in South
Birmingham are looking for an engaging and proactive individual to come on
board as a business support and project administrator! This is an extremely
varied role, with the opportunity to take on additional PA responsibilities and
develop your skills and experience, working with an amazing team of
individuals!
Within this role, some of your day-to-day
responsibilities will include:

Scheduling
meetings and events
·
Preparing agendas
for meetings
·
Taking minutes
and following up on actions
·
Audio typing letters,
emails and notes
·
Processing expenses
·
Filing documents
·
Supporting with
ad-hoc administration tasks
You will be providing all-round project administration
support to the team and helping with the organisation of events, so you must be
extremely proactive and be able to use your initiative to prioritise your workload.
Strong organisational skills and attention is detail is key, as you will be
working on multiple things at a time, in a an exciting, fast-paced environment!
