A leading technology company based in Birmingham City Centre are looking to bring onboard a Data Analyst to work alongside the existing teams, to conducted detailed analysis and research to inform and improve business decision and increase overall productivity and efficiency! They are an extremely dynamic, exciting organisation to work for and offer lots of opportunity for personal and professional development!

You must be educated to degree-level and have previous experience working with data or in analytics, to allow you to step into the role and develop your experience further. Some of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

·         Analysing data sets and producing detailed reports and templates

·         Handling data requests, simplifying information gathered, and formatting your findings

·         Researching queries, analysing discrepancies, and feeding it back to senior management

·         Liaising with key internal and external stakeholders, understanding the business functions and KPI calculations to improve overall performance

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, an understanding of SQL or similar database management coding language, and strong mathematical capabilities are essential for this position. You must be able to work methodically with keen attention  to detail, and be able to prioritise your workload to meet tight deadlines.

This is a full-time, permanent position paying between £25 - 30k annually. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skill set and career further, in a progressive, forward-thinking organisation!
