We are currently recruiting for an assistant PA to join a fantastic business services company based in North Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to advance their career as a PA, reporting directly to the Executive team EA, and working closely with board members, senior management and directorial staff on a day-to-day basis.  The role will include assisting in the smooth operation of the office, including liaising with various stakeholders via email, phone and video conference; always maintaining professionalism and discretions when necessary. General administration duties will also be included as well as the PA support.

Duties will include:

Diary and mailbox management

Administrative task management, including financial authorisations

Booking travel and accommodation

Organising and attending internal and external events and meetings

Being the first point of contact for clients and visitors on site

Responsibility for Exec and PA team’s credit cards, inputting and submitting their expenses

 

The ideal candidate will have great Microsoft Office skills, and preferably have PA experience supporting senior level management and in a client-facing role. You will have fantastic communication skills, both written and oral meaning you are able to form effective working relationships when working in a small team; and be highly organised with time management skills and attention to detail. Additionally, you will have the ability to stay calm under pressure and maintain great customer service even when working to a deadline. This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, based in their North Birmingham office, and is paying £21-23k annually.
