A leading education organisation based in South Birmingham are looking for an immediately available Finance Assistant to come onboard in a temporary position! This is an incredibly exciting opportunity for the successful individual to step into the role, utilising their existing skill set and working within an extremely friendly, supportive environment.

This role will primarily involve supporting with all payroll for current employees, managing accounts, bank reconciliation, end of month processes and answering any internal and external queries that may come through. You will be supporting the Finance Manager with the end-to-end process, so must pay keen attention to detail and have high levels of accuracy. You will be expected to use your own initiative to work methodically with high volumes, especially when working towards deadlines. A team player with a positive attitude and collaborative approach to their work is a must!

The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the education sector, but this is not essential. This role is a full-time, ongoing temporary position based in the office.
