Team Assistant for Forward-thinking Law Firm (ID:2563)
We are currently recruiting for a positive, proactive Team Assistant with great organisational skills to join a national Law Firm in their Birmingham office. The role will be spanning Client Relationship Management, Administration, Financial, Processing and Customer Service. This is a great opportunity for an effective communicator, with good attention to detail who is keen to learn and develop over time.
Key duties will include:
Keeping up to date with client specific protocols and processes in order to use them in practise
Scheduling meetings, interviews and training
Updating and maintaining both paper and electronic files
Responsibility for file closing and archiving procedures, maintaining compliance
Assisting the PA in organisation of internal and external events
Ordering promotional goods and maintaining stock levels
Liaise with other team members to allocate workload, ensuring deadlines can be met
Assist with billing and expenses as required
Production of court bundles, as per lawyer instructions and court rules
Ensure compliance with firm-wide and department policies and procedures
This is a fantastic chance for a conscientious, proactive candidate with experience of document/case management systems, and experience in a law firm or similar company essential. You will be customer service focused, with a professional and flexible approach to your work, able to adapt and manage your time effectively in a fast-paced environment, with great communication and stakeholder management skills.
