An opportunity has arisen for a Graduate Client Executive to join a forward-thinking technology company based in Birmingham City Centre. This role sits at the interface between clients and internal teams, acting as a key point of contact while supporting the delivery of a high-quality, responsive service.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the initial point of contact for client enquiries across phone, email, and digital channels, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Manage and resolve day-to-day queries, escalating where necessary and maintaining clear communication with all stakeholders.
- Provide support across core operational and administrative functions, contributing to efficient and accurate business processes.
- Develop strong, effective relationships with clients and suppliers to support service delivery and continuous improvement.
- Take responsibility for key support processes, including supplier onboarding and handling invoice and payment-related queries.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a client-facing or customer support environment, with strong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities. You will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced setting, with a clear focus on delivering excellent client service.
