Document Production Specialist (Varying Shifts Below)


Working in Manchester City Centre with a base of Birmingham City Centre if on the day shift for 1 day a week working for a global law firm, offering up to £33-36k hybrid /remote, full time and 6-month FTC initially. 

  • You would be assisting with the document production for the firm on either of the varying shifts of either day time (8-4pm or 9-5pm) or a twilight shift of 4pm-12am on an immediate start.

    The Responsibilities
    - Prioritising work requests including audio transcription of legal documents
    - Tracked changes, autonumbering and fixing corrupted files
    - Managing templates and helping with red line strike outs
    - Creating notes and reports
    - Producing transcripts of interview, hearings and conferences
    - Producing and amending documents with speed and accuracy
    - Creating and editing and reformatting documents
    - Making sure deadlines are met
    - Other administration duties

    Experience:
    • Experience in a document production role in a legal setting is essential for this role or experience in a law firm prior but currently completing document production in a non-legal setting.
    • It is also essential to have advanced Microsoft word and excel.
