This is an exciting opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, design-focused environment and enjoys keeping a studio running smoothly while supporting a broad range of operational and administrative activities.

The Role
The Studio Coordinator will play a central role in the day-to-day operations of the studio, delivering high-quality support to ensure the office operates efficiently and remains an engaging and inspiring place to work. You’ll also work closely with wider operational teams across the business, including Marketing, Finance, and People & Culture.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the first point of contact for visitors, handling reception duties and responding to general enquiries.
  • Coordinate meeting rooms, travel arrangements, couriers, and office supplies.
  • Ensure health & safety procedures and facilities management processes are maintained.
  • Support onboarding for new starters and manage staff training records.
  • Assist with project administration, including formatting reports and maintaining project documentation.
  • Contribute to company initiatives such as ESG projects, marketing events, and social activities.
  • Liaise with suppliers, landlords, and contractors to support smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Assist with reporting, timesheet management, and project system updates.
Key Requirements
  • At least 12 months’ experience in an administrative, studio, or operations role, ideally within a creative, design, or professional services environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive and proactive attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Confidence working independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
  • An energetic and hands-on approach, with a genuine interest in contributing to a positive and creative office culture.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a creative and motivated professional who enjoys variety, responsibility, and working closely with people in a collaborative environment.
