An excellent opportunity has arisen for a proactive and customer-focused Facilities & Operations Coordinator to join a well-regarded commercial property organisation in Birmingham.

This is a varied, hands-on role where you will support the smooth day-to-day operation of a commercial property portfolio, acting as a key point of contact for tenants, visitors and contractors while ensuring high standards across the site.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the day-to-day operations of the site, ensuring it remains safe, compliant and well-maintained.
  • Build strong relationships with tenants, visitors and contractors, delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Manage contractor access and oversee maintenance works in line with health & safety procedures.
  • Respond to tenant queries and maintenance issues promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and report or escalate any issues as required.
  • Support property management teams with reporting, administration and operational updates.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in facilities, workplace or property operations coordination. You will be confident in a hands-on role, with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach.
