A leading national law firm is seeking a legal assistant to join its growing Housing Litigation team in Macclesfield. The firm offers hybrid working, long-term development opportunities, and the chance to work within a collaborative and highly regarded team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Managing and progressing client claims and case files efficiently.
  • Conducting legal research and analysing documentary evidence.
  • Drafting legal documents and correspondence.
  • Supporting ongoing litigation matters and attending team meetings.
  • Providing high-quality administrative and case support.
  • Accurately recording time and maintaining case management systems.
  • Supporting wider business development activities when required.
Previous experience or knowledge within housing litigation or a similar area is essential for this role. The successful candidate will be personable, approachable, and driven to make a positive impact while thriving within supportive and collaborative teams.
