An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly professional Personal Assistant to join a prestigious international law firm in Birmingham, supporting a high-performing Property team.
This role offers strong exposure to senior stakeholders within a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented PA seeking a new challenge within a respected global organisation.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Complex diary management and senior-level meeting coordination.
  • High-level executive and administrative support to Legal Counsel and senior leaders.
  • Arranging international travel and detailed itineraries.
  • Preparing agendas, presentations, and supporting executive reporting.
  • Managing confidential information with discretion and accuracy.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
We are looking for a candidate with proven PA experience within a fast-paced professional services environment, ideally with property sector exposure (legal or financial services experience desirable). Strong organisation, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive under pressure are essential.
