Senior Administrator-Part Time
Contract type: Temporary, (28hrs/wk for 12 wks)

Seeking an experienced and highly organised Senior Administrator to support a fast paced, dynamic team. This is a varied and responsible role requiring strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of administrative operations, supporting senior staff, and acting as a central point of coordination across the department and wider organisation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage complex diaries and coordinate meetings up to 6–12 months in advance
• Oversee inbox management, responding and prioritising on behalf of senior staff
• Handle a wide range of enquiries, using judgement to resolve or escalate as appropriate
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare and coordinate meeting papers, attend meetings, and take minutes
• Arrange UK and international travel, including full itinerary planning
• Organise events from end to end, including logistics, communications, and feedback
• Support projects through research, data analysis, and reporting
• Assist with operational processes, systems, and compliance activities
• Monitor budgets, process payments, and support procurement where required
• Contribute to team coordination, including mentoring or supervising colleagues where applicable

About You:
• Strong experience in a senior administrative or PA role within a complex organisation
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office (including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint)
• Organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Confident working independently and using initiative
• Professional, discreet, and able to handle sensitive information
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels

Requirements:
• Educated to A Level (or equivalent) with GCSE Maths and English (or equivalent)
• Proven ability to plan ahead, meet deadlines, and manage workloads effectively
• Experience supporting senior stakeholders and managing complex tasks
