The Role

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be at the forefront of driving growth - identifying new opportunities, building a strong pipeline, and converting leads into long-term partnerships. You’ll play a key role in shaping the company’s success, working closely with internal teams to deliver a seamless and compelling client experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities across key markets.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and positioning tailored solutions.
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach through to negotiation and close.
  • Maintain and develop a healthy sales pipeline, consistently meeting and exceeding targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing and operational teams to align on strategy and maximise opportunities.
  • Keep up to date with market trends, competitor activity, and industry insights to stay ahead of the curve.
About You
  • A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and influencing skills.
  • Proven experience in a sales or business development role, with a track record of achieving targets.
  • Highly motivated, resilient, and driven by success.
  • Commercially aware with a strategic mindset and a proactive approach.
  • Confident working in a fast-paced, evolving environment where no two days are the same.
