Personal Assistant in Birmingham City Centre

Offering up between £38-42k a year, hybrid, full time on a 12-month FTC In a modern finance house.
Join a team where Personal Assistants play a pivotal role in driving excellence.

As a trusted partner to the team, you’ll provide exceptional organisational support, keep assignments on track, and deliver clear, professional communication to clients and candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
• Act as the first point of contact on reception, welcoming visitors and managing the front of house, including ordering supplies and arranging refreshments.
• Manage busy diaries, scheduling meetings, booking venues, and organising both domestic and international travel.
• Prepare documents and presentations using Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Handle administrative tasks such as processing expenses, invoices, and coordinating audit documentation.
• Organise events such as client meetings, dinners, corporate days, and other activities, including managing guest lists and logistics.
• Support and maintain internal systems and processes, ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Assist with producing reports, including quarterly and monthly packs, ensuring high-quality presentation and distribution.
• Provide flexible support to the wider executive and PA team when needed.
• Conduct research and compile information to support business needs.

Experience:
Previous PA experience in a PA role or similar in a professional service role or corporate business is essential.
