An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly organised and proactive PA to join a leading international law firm, based in their impressive, modern offices in Macclesfield.
This is a fantastic chance to work at a senior level, supporting key Executives in a fast-paced and professional environment where no two days are the same.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinating internal and client meetings, ensuring all logistics and facilities are seamlessly arranged.
- Managing complex diaries and inboxes, keeping schedules running smoothly.
- Supporting Executives with meeting preparation, including agendas and documentation.
- Organising national and international travel, ensuring efficient and well-planned itineraries.
- Working confidently across financial and document management systems.
- Preparing high-quality reports and presentations, including quarterly valuation reports and monthly portfolio packs.
- Providing flexible, hands-on support to both Executives and the wider PA team.
- Handling administrative tasks such as expenses and invoice processing.
About You:
- 3–5 years’ experience in a PA, Legal Secretary, or similar professional support role
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage a busy and varied workload
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills
- Confident working in a fast-paced, professional environment
