Legal PA to Partners – Employment Healthcare Team


A progressive and forward-thinking law firm in Nottingham is seeking an experienced Legal PA to join its Employment Healthcare team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a modern firm that offers a supportive culture and a flexible hybrid working arrangement.

In this role, you will provide dedicated support to a group of 4–6 fee earners, becoming a key part of the team and helping to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of their practice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships by assisting with enquiries and supporting ongoing client care.
  • Preparing and producing legal documents, ensuring all work is accurate, well-formatted and delivered on time.
  • Handling incoming client calls, taking messages and responding where appropriate.
  • Opening and closing client files in line with firm procedures.
  • Managing important client deadlines and ensuring compliance processes are kept up to date.
  • Coordinating diaries, organising travel and accommodation, booking meeting rooms and preparing meeting agendas and documentation.
  • Creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets and other administrative records.
  • Supporting fee earners with business development activities, including event coordination and client engagement.
  • Managing the full billing cycle, producing accurate and detailed invoices.
  • Assisting internal teams with scheduling meetings, interviews and client training sessions.
About You
  • Previous PA or Legal PA experience, ideally within a legal or professional services environment.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Excellent communication and client service skills.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook.
