If you’re passionate about people, performance, and continuous improvement, this is an opportunity to truly make your mark.

This is a hybrid role, requiring three days per week in the Birmingham office.

The Role
  • Inspire, develop, and lead a team of 3–5 People Operations Administrators, building a motivated, high-performing culture focused on excellence and collaboration.
  • Take ownership of the internal HR ticketing system, driving efficiency by prioritising workflows, resolving queries at pace, and ensuring seamless escalation where needed.
  • Partner with fellow People Services Team Leaders to deliver streamlined, consistent BAU operations and continuously enhance service delivery across the function.
  • Deliver meaningful, data-driven weekly insights that empower the People Management Team and support informed business decision-making.
  • Lead the end-to-end onboarding experience, creating a smooth, engaging journey from day one.
  • Drive continuous improvement through regular quality audits, providing clear, constructive feedback that elevates team performance and standards.
About You
  • Experience overseeing a People Services function with responsibility for team performance and delivery.
