Our international client, based in Solihull, is looking for a polished and highly organised Assistant PA to join their fast-paced, dynamic team. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced administrator who is keen to grow their career within a global corporate environment.

The Role

You will be the first point of contact for the business, creating a positive and professional first impression for all visitors while providing essential administrative support to the executive team. This varied position calls for strong organisational skills, confident communication, and a proactive, hands-on approach to office coordination.

This varied and busy role will entail:
  • Acting as the first point of contact for the business, delivering a warm and professional front-of-house experience.
  • Seamlessly coordinating meeting room bookings and keeping shared inboxes organised, responsive, and running smoothly.
  • Providing hands-on office administration support, including scanning, photocopying, shredding, and maintaining up-to-date office charts and spreadsheets.
  • Supporting the Executive team with proactive diary management, accurate expense reconciliation, and providing EA cover as needed.
  • Assisting with the planning and coordination of new starter inductions to ensure a positive and well-organised onboarding experience.
  • Helping organise and coordinate internal meetings and office events, contributing to a well-run and engaging workplace.
Applicants will have some exposure to Office Administration experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications are key (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
