An amazing opportunity in the Midlands to join a fashion design business based in north Worcestershire, this is an entry level role to join their successful and growing marketing and creative design team. You will be working with the Head of Marketing and alongside a Marketing Executive and creative design team in a varied role covering all aspects of events organisation, social media, digital copy writing and brand design.
The company are leaders in their area with an international client base. They are showing this year at Milan, London and Paris fashion weeks as well as having various smaller events and fashion shows across the UK and Europe. The business is growing but retains a close knit and collaborative culture where working together to deliver the results is integral to their success. This means that you be based in their offices full-time. Due to their location you will need your own form of transport to get there but it is within easy commute of Worcester, Bromsgrove ad Kidderminster.
The role will have a strong social media element – designing, creating and curating their posts for Instagram, TikTok, X and LinkedIn. You should have a strong creative eye and you may want to include examples of your previous social content (from business, personal or education) with your application. Proofreading skills will be important and you will learn to write copy for the website, hard copy marketing collateral as well as press releases.
As a business they have strong principals that underpin the quality and design creativity of their pieces and their brand. They are leaders in ESG and award winners in areas including entrepreneurial leadership and workplace environment.
