Exciting opportunity for a Campaign Manager!

Our client is a forward-thinking, dynamic organisation experiencing continued growth and now seeking a Campaign Manager to join its Business Development (Marketing) team. This position provides the chance to lead integrated, multi-channel campaigns, influence brand direction, and oversee a small marketing team within a well-established, industry-leading company.

Role Responsibilities:
Product-Led Growth (PLG)
• Drive a company-wide PLG strategy, using behavioural insights to boost activation, adoption, and retention.
• Partner with Product, user experience and Solutions to align product innovation with growth goals.
• Ensure all campaigns support core business objectives, brand direction, objectives and key results.

Marketing Delivery & Collaboration
• Create high-impact content and campaign assets, landing pages, optimisation copy, in-portal messaging and CRO-focused content.
• Brief creative, social, PR and events into the Brand & Campaigns team to deliver seamless experiences.
• Turn performance insights into powerful brand actions.

Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
• Lead CRO testing across websites, landing pages and key funnels.
• Build data and behaviour-driven hypotheses.
• Work with UX and Solutions teams to remove friction and improve user flow.

Data, Analytics & Performance
• Own dashboards and reporting across GA4, Looker, HubSpot and internal data sources.
• Provide insights to shape strategy, product decisions and commercial forecasting.
• Partner with the Brand & Campaigns team to optimise paid channel performance.

Campaign Management
• Plan and execute multi-channel B2B campaigns end-to-end.
• Lead brand campaigns for both B2B and B2C audiences.
• Oversee delivery across email, social, paid media and content.
• Run nurture journeys for Local Authority audiences.

Brand & Communications
• Champion consistent, compelling brand messaging across all touchpoints.
• Maintain brand guidelines, templates and client-facing materials.
• Manage service email campaigns from concept to reporting.
• Oversee paid media strategy to amplify reach and drive leads.
• Support social content creation, blogs, website updates, imagery and SEO.

Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation
• Analyse channel performance to maximise ROI.
• Build clear, insight-led KPI reports.
• Use data to refine targeting and accelerate continuous improvement.

Events & Partnerships
• Collaborate with events and content teams on promotional activity.
• Support thought leadership initiatives and event-driven campaigns.

Applicants’ requirements:
• Experience overseeing creatives, junior marketers or agencies.
• 3–5 years’ marketing experience with confident B2B campaign delivery.
• Solid understanding of digital, email, social, content and events.
• Brand management expertise with consistent messaging delivery.
• Excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A data-driven mindset and confidence with analytics tools.
• Strong organisational skills managing multiple campaigns at once.
• Knowledge of CRM systems, automation and analytics platforms.
