Marketing Growth and Products Insights Lead
Location: Birmingham City Centre - Hybrid
Our progressive and innovative client are going through a significant period of growth and product expansion. They are seeking a Growth, Product & Insights Lead to drive data-led growth, conversion optimisation and insight-driven product strategy. This role works across Product, Marketing, UX and Commercial functions, acting as a central link between behavioural insight and strategic execution.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives on understanding customer behaviour, translating data into strategy, and influencing product direction.
THE ROLE
Product-Led Growth (PLG)
• Build and embed a PLG framework across multiple product lines.
• Define activation, adoption and retention triggers using behavioral insights.
• Work closely with Product and UX teams to align product evolution with
growth goals.
Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO)
• Lead CRO experimentation across websites, landing pages and in-product flows.
• Develop and test hypotheses based on data, user behaviour and UX best practice.
• Implement improvements to reduce friction and increase conversion rates.
Insights, Analytics and Performance
• Own reporting across GA4, Looker, HubSpot and internal datasets.
• Produce commercial insights and forecasting to support strategic planning.
• Monitor and optimise paid channel performance with campaign teams.
Marketing Delivery and Collaboration
• Create performance-led content, landing pages and in-portal messaging.
• Work alongside brand, content and campaign specialists to ensure cohesive delivery.
Leadership
• Line-manage a Digital Marketing Officer, supporting development in analytics and optimisation.
• Promote a culture of testing, iteration and evidence-based decision making.
Applicants MUST have
• Circa 5+ years in growth marketing, CRO, digital optimisation or product marketing.
• Strong analytical capability with hands-on experience in GA4, Looker/Data Studio and HubSpot.
• Proven experience in funnel optimisation, behavioural insights, and experimentation
• Experience working across both B2B and B2C environments.
• Confident communicator able to influence cross-functional and senior stakeholders.
• Experience within a product-led growth environment is highly desirable.
• Understanding of how AI can drive behaviour-based onboarding, nudges and personalisation.
