Our client is a growing and progressive business looking to recruit a Junior Project Manager due to a period of growth. This role will have responsibility for the execution of tasks as directed by the Project Manager to ensure adherence to project plans.
The role will have direct responsibility for ensuring all allocated project tasks are completed to time, quality, and budget. The role will form part of a wider property services team delivering projects to high profile clients in the infrastructure and regeneration projects.
The role:
- To ensure all project activities are performed to the highest standard with quality and compliance.
- Dealing with project plans and mitigating risk.
- Update Project documentation on behalf of the Project Manager.
- To manage and record project deliverable and progress against project plan.
- Monitoring project risks and escalate where needed.
- Creating work allocations and performance criteria.
- To manage. direct, support and motivate the project team.
- Manage stakeholder relationships and days to liaison with team.
Applicants will have a degree level qualification or equivalent with some previous project management experience ideally within a property, infrastructure, planning, or development sector.
Experience of managing and directing a small project team is also important as well as a thorough knowledge of the project management process.
