Working with a leading international manufacturing company, we are looking for the right person to take on the challenge of working in operations, facilities, and coordination. In this role, you will be responsible for much of the product lifecycle, from manufacturing to international shipping. You will be involved in most aspects of the business, liaising with teams such as finance and sales to ensure everything runs smoothly. • Support the Coordination Manager in a small team environment.
• Ensure products reach their destinations safely and cost-effectively.
• Manage the full process from manufacturing, packaging, and shipping.
• Handle stock inventory, bookings, and stakeholder communications, including UK ports.
• Liaise with finance, sales, and other departments on distribution, pricing, and transport efficiency.
• Carry out operational tasks, such as checking invoices and coordinating with the health and safety team to ensure machinery and equipment are properly serviced.
