We are looking for a confident and adaptable individual who thrives in a fast-moving environment to take on this exciting new role based in Leeds.

This is a varied position that combines administration, reception, and events coordination. You will be at the heart of the action, welcoming guests, organising catering, and managing events for up to 100 people. Some of these events will take place in locations across the country, offering plenty of variety and the chance to travel.


You will be working within the transport industry, so excellent communication skills are essential. You will be handling member enquiries, sending out event information, and ensuring a high standard of customer service at every stage. The role is also administration focused where you will be using the CRM system This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working with people and is always ready to take on a new challenge.
We are looking for someone who is a true team player and can confidently represent the company at events and meetings. You will play a key role in making sure everything runs smoothly and that every visitor and client feels welcomed and supported.
