This position is a 6-month fixed term contract and is part time.

Key Responsibilities:

· Accurately process payroll both fortnightly and monthly for employees

· Administer employee benefits, and be the point of contact for related queries

· Liaise with benefits administrators and external payroll providers

· Be the point of contact for any payroll queries

· Support with auto-enrolment processes and pension administration

· Support the HR team with reporting and managing data

· Assist with month-end and year-end payroll reporting

Applicants must have:

· Confident understanding of UK payroll legislation

· Previous experience in benefits administration and processing payroll

· Numerical skills at a high standard, with excellent attention to detail

· Proficient in using payroll software and Microsoft Excel

The ideal candidate for this role would need previous payroll experience ideally within a legal or professional service and advanced experience working with Microsoft Excel and payroll software.
